Internship Title: Admin cum Operation Assistant

Academic: Business Administration/Office System Management/Business Studies/etc

**Internship Benefits**

2. Training under supervision.

**Job Scope**

1. Office Routine Tasks

2. Handle Reports

3. Stock Management

4. Prepare related documents for foreign workers (Work permit renewal, Check out memo, etc.)

5. Require to be out of office for sending document, collecting documents, and stock.

6. Operation & Schedule Planning

7. Customer Communication

8. Update Database/Server Regularly

9. Preparation of filings, documentations & reports as required by the manager

10. Meet with clients/Join industrial training (if you want to join)

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Certificate/Degree in a related field, Business stream will be preferred.
- Duration: 2 months or above
- Willingness to work in Puncak Jalil.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Open to March/April/May/June 2024 intake.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 2 months
