This role will business partner the commercial team in all financial aspects with main responsibilities in managing pricing for new launches and initiatives, leading the financial forecasting for new launches/big bets, assisting Senior Analyst with shipment forecasting process and IBP process, and ensuring smooth operations during official financial forecasts.
**How you will contribute**
Sales Controlling - Price Administration
- Work closely with sales to propose prices of new launches through analysis of the market (competitor price benchmarking/ value chain analysis) and internal profitability requirements.
- Verify information in master price list on a regular basis, including updating with latest cost updates and highlight any risks on ability to achieve target margins to management. Ensure that approvals to pricing updates are in line with Mondelez policies and procedures.
- Ensure that price linkage on systems has been performed to ensure flow through to subsequent processes to enable correct invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Tracking pricing plan and pricing movement to customers.
Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting
- Lead the financial forecasting and modelling for new launches/big bets with the Sales team and PCMs as part of the I2M process
- Work closely with Senior Analyst and Sales team on short-term forecasting, analyse risks and issues and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare sales reports for accruals and sales team.
- Prepare shipment reports for discussion with sales on sales progress vs target
- Reconcile reported results to records to ensure accuracy and completeness for payments to customers
- Support Business Intelligence & ad-hoc reporting requirements.
