The Reservation Executive plays a crucial role in managing reservations, ensuring smooth booking processes, and providing excellent customer service. **Responsibilities**:

- **Reservation Management**:

- Assist guests in making bookings, modifications, and cancellations as per their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest preferences.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service and exceeding guest expectations.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Communicate reservation details and special requests to relevant departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize reservation procedures and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Promote additional services and amenities to enhance guest experiences and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Monitor reservation trends and occupancy levels to identify opportunities for upselling and revenue optimization.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist in administrative tasks related to reservation management, such as preparing reports, processing payments, and maintaining databases.

**Qualifications**:

- **Skills**: Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, attention to detail.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- **Certifications**: Any relevant certifications or training in hospitality management or customer service are beneficial.

Pay: RM1,685.79 - RM3,500.00 per month
