- We are looking for that energetic, fun-loving team player to become one of our Accounts & Admin Executives, which is a key and integral role within our team of professionals. The function is varied and diverse, requiring you to multi-task and be creative. You will join an established high-end real estate agency, based at our office in Bangsar._

What you’ll do:

- Provide deal closing support and paperwork preparation (case files, contracts, agreements)
- Review and properly record transactions (invoicing, receipts, maintain statements of accounts, expense calculations)
- Assist our team members in their agency activities
- Assist with managing agent affairs and training coordination
- Assist with tenancy administration (pre and post-handover support, troubleshooting, client coordination)
- General administrative and operational support

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint,
- Possess own transport.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
