IT Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults.
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts.
- Maintaining records of software licenses.
- Responsible for setting up, configuring and troubleshooting network equipment such as switches and routers in a LAN.
- IP PBX and Unified Communication Solutions Support.
- On the job training will be provided, Microsoft, HP, Cisco, 3cx, Yeastar, Yealink, Logitech, Cloud and on-prem IPPBX.
**Requirements**:
Good Knowledge of Windows servers, networks, IT security and operations especially Experience in technical skills. Knowledge in VOIP / IPPABX will be added advantage.
