**Job Responsibility**
- Responsible for handling front desk duties, including greeting guests and answering the phone.
- Handle hotel booking guests, express check-in and check-out. And cash-handling responsibilities.
- Provides courteous services to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and inquiries.
- Maintain customer service standards.
- Must posses at least SPM.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality
- Communicate well in both Bahasa English and Bahasa Malaysia, added additional languages an advantage
- Must be willing to work on rotational shift including working on weekends and public holidays
- Must be willing to working on the night shift
- Training will be provided
- Full-Time and part-time position available.
- Age from 18-25 Years old.
