**Job Descriptions**:
- Plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative operations within the company.
- Requires a combination of organizational, communication, and managerial skills to effectively support various departments and teams.
- Maintain and organize various documents essential for PR1MA development project, including permits, contracts, plans, and legal documents - ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible.
- To liaise with clients, lawyers, contractors, SUK (Setiausaha Kerajaan - Lembaga Perumahan & Hartanah Pahang) and other relevant local authorities as needed.
- To attend/coordinate project meetings or any other related meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to property listings, sales transactions, and customer interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Public Relations or any other equivalent field.
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in housing development and coordination, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
- Willing to travel if necessary.
- Must be able to start work immediately.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
