Business Development Specialist

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential partners, and emerging trends. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify gaps and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with product development, marketing, and sales efforts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholder.
- Negotiate terms and agreements for partnerships and collaborations.
- Tailor proposals to address client needs and showcase the value proposition of the company's products or services.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development efforts.
- Prepare regular reports for management, showcasing progress, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build connections and stay updated on industry trends. Represent the company professionally and seek out opportunities for collaboration.
- Develop budgets and forecasts for business development activities.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 2 years of business development experience/ or IT related background.
- Able to adapt to dynamic and multifaceted.
- Requiring adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
