**About the Team**:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in conducting research, screening potential leads, identifying promising prospects, and qualifying high-quality leads with the potential to be converted into successful sellers within our platform.- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads within the target audience and industries
- Utilize various online tools, databases, social media platforms and other e.g. utilize social media to gather contact information of potential leads.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring they match the ideal customer profile.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further nurturing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions.
- Regularly update lead status, ensuring the sales team has access to the latest information.
- Provide relevant information and content to leads to address their needs and concerns.
- Generate regular reports to showcase progress and suggest areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes that could impact lead generation strategies.
- Incorporate market insights into lead generation approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field, coupled with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience
- Proven experience in lead generation, business operation, or a related role.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry would be an added advantage
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific lead generation techniques is a plus.
