Lead Generation Specialist

Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential markets, industries, and customer segments. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed.
- Lead Identification: Use various channels such as online research, social media, and industry databases to identify potential leads.
- Data Management: Build and maintain a database of potential leads. Ensure data accuracy and update lead information regularly.
- Qualification: Assess the suitability of leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and criteria for qualified leads. Regularly communicate with sales teams to provide updates on lead progress.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze lead generation metrics and KPIs. Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
- Technology Utilization: Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to manage and track leads.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in lead generation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
