Customer Service Representative

Fiskor Food Sdn Bhd is a dynamic and rapidly growing snack company, dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, interacting with customers through various e-commerce platforms and WhatsApp to ensure their satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Interaction**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via e-commerce platforms and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order statuses.
- Assist customers in navigating our website and resolving any issues they may encounter.
**2. Order Management**:
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Track and update customers on the status of their orders.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
**3. Issue Resolution**:
- Address and resolve customer complaints, aiming for a positive resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
**4. Documentation**:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and common issues to improve overall service quality.
**5. Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about product features, specifications, and updates.
- Provide product recommendations and information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
**Salary**: RM1,750.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
