Process Expert - OTC entails providing support and ensuring smooth global operations while effectively overseeing and improving matters associated with order to cash.

In this newly established Shared Service Center (SSC), we provide all the Accounting related services to Hilti organizations located in the Asian Pacific Region. We strive at providing standardized, high quality and value-adding services to the entities we service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

**Leadership & Performance management
- Skill to support defining, analyzing KPIs (key performance indicators) related to your area of responsibility
- Able to maintain a sustainable knowledge management concept (incl. up-to date documentation/learning contents on Fuse, Stages, GPMS & Enable Now) for the respective community
- Skill to lead the assigned global community and steer the contributors to achieve assigned targets
- Ensure adherence to global standards while keeping local requirements in mind
- Act as business partner with the Finance teams (SSC Heads/SSC teams/ Heads of Finance/Accounting teams/C&C teams) and cross functional teams to establish best in class accounting/C&C processes in the Shared Service Center and/or entities

**People development**
- Competence to educate, inspire and train SSC/C&C employees, Regional Process Experts (RPEs) & cross-functional teams to drive process excellence & compliance

**Project / Process management**
- Ability to lead finance projects & tool implementations in the assigned area Order to Cash (OTC), in collaboration with the Shared Service Centers (SSCs), regions/entities & x-functions/IT
- Able to identify, prioritize & implement E2E process improvements in your area of responsibility using CIP (continuous improvement) tools & best suited technologies
- Able to coordinate and test ERP system and tool related changes and upgrades in your area of responsibility
- Be a sparring partner for the SSC Heads & SSC/C&C employees by linking business decisions to the processes in your area of responsibility

**Entrepreneurship**
- Consistently challenge the status quo, identify external trends (e.g. digitalization, Robotics) and act as change agent
- Recognize and exploit process related opportunities

**Profile / Qualifications**
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business, Finance, IT or similar or equivalent finance qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in a project management / operational excellence / Process Manager role within in a multinational Shared Service Center / organization
- Team Leader experience is a plus
- Evidence of acting as business partner through influencing finance
