工作任务:
**Job Description**:

- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- Taking minutes of meeting.
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
- Data entry (sales figures, internal billing, property listings etc).
- General office management such as ordering stationary.
- Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers.
- Arranging both internal and external events.
- Maintaining the company social media accounts.
- Providing administration support to Sales Representative, Sales Executives, Managers and Senior Management, Purchasing.
- Handle Customer Service & Complaint.
- Handle principal ordering.
- Attend Roadshow, Trade Show and Event.
- Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, letters, travel and appointment arrangement.
- Maintaining and updating the company database, prepare regular reports that assigned.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals as assigned.
- Manage, monitor, update stocks of office supplies and order when there is a shortage.
- Manage and control inventory and logistics.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Competent in using MS Word and Excel for daily works.
- Ability to prioritize work and multitask to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

具备条件:
- 持有文凭:Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration field or equivalent, SPM.
- 良好华、英语 沟通与书写能力
- 拥有相关工作经验将优先考虑
- 技术及能力: 聆听及沟通, 解决问题, 思路清晰
- Possess own transport.
- 2 years work experience in office administrative, HR, Purchasing job preferred.
- Experience in continuous process improvement preferred.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to work with team members in a collaborative manner.
- Strong working knowledge of Computer systems.
- Competent in using MS Word and Excel for daily works.
- Ability to prioritize work and multitask to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English.
- Malaysia Citizen.
