**Responsibilities**:

- Issuing accurate invoices and coordinating delivery orders for online sales and TV shopping.
- Conducting monthly physical stock take to ensure inventory accuracy and updating records accordingly.
- Monitoring inventory levels, collaborating with warehouse teams, and maintaining organized stock storage.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of invoices, delivery orders, and inventory transactions, and generating reports for management review.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory and warehouse management wil be an added advantage.
- Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- **Working days: Monday to Saturday**:

- **Working Location: 9, Persiaran Industri, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Malaysia**
