v Recruitment and staffing
v Organizational and space planning
v Performance management and improvement systems
v Organizational development
v Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
v Employee orientation, development and training
v Policy development and documentation
v Employee relations
v Company employee and community communication
v Compensation and benefits administration
v Employee safety, welfare, wellness and heath
v Charitable giving
v Employee services and counseling
v Reception
v Responsible for facility security and upkeep in addition to space planning
v Lead HRA practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of superior workforce.
**Qualifications**:
- Min diploma and above
Work in Plastic Injection moulding field of similiar industry

Client is a manufactures and assembles precision plastic parts and components, and undertakes fabrication of precision mold and dies. The company was founded in 2003 and is based in Senai, Malaysia.
