Main responsibilities:

- ️Answer incoming calls
- ️Solving customer's enquiries or complaints regarding products or services
- ️Promoting current promotion or package to the call-in customers (when chance arise)
- Provide accurate information on product and service to the customer.

Remunerations:

- Basic salary up to RM3800 (Subjects to qualifications and experiences)
- Quarterly incentives RM800 - RM1800 max
- Allowance e.g. shift allowance, transport allowance, meal allowance (To be further clarify for allowance entitlement)

**Requirements**:

- Fresh grad Degree holders are welcome
- SPM and Diploma holders with call center experiences are encouraged to apply
- Call center experiences in banking line is added advantage
- Open for races and gender

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
