Banking Customer Service Officer

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Talreso Consultancy & Advisory Sdn. Bhd. Full time

Provide exceptional telephone customer service in a timely manner whilst maintaining healthy relations with clients.
- Play a supporting role in educating our customers around products and alternative digital banking platforms.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling banking products and services.

**Requirements**:

- SPM, Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in equivalent course.
- Ex Cabin Crews, Service Industry and Public Relation background are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must have at least 6 months experience in Customer Service field.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Able to work on 24/7 rotational shift.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
