Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our banking team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key point of contact for our esteemed clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support, ensuring a positive banking experience for all customers.

Shift Schedule: 8am to 5pm, latest shift is 11am to 8pm

Work Location: Near Masjid Jamek, Kuala Lumpur

Contract Term: 3 months contract (with potential for extension and conversion to permanent positions based on performance)

Minimum Education: Diploma and above

**Salary**: Starting from RM2500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting customers with account-related concerns, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including account updates, fund transfers, and bill payments.
- Educate customers about various banking offerings, promotions, and benefits to enhance their banking experience.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and uphold the bank's service standards.
- Maintain customer records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on banking products, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to improve overall service quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with standard office software.
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields will be beneficial.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Open to working in a 24/7 shift environment.
