**主要职责**：

草拟员：
- 根据生产单上的草图，使用传统手绘方法绘制和设计图样。
- 将材料片段悬挂在人体模型上，塑造并固定，直至合适为止。
- 将平面标准图案“块”改变和塑造成风格。
- 修改公司图案库中提取的非标准图案“基础”。
- 按照书面细节剪裁图案片段，并将其剪裁和缝制成样品服装和存货订单服装。
- 从技术角度理解设计，即制作图样、试片和设计的技术规格。
- 对设计师提供的设计提出更好的技术构造建议。
- 与设计师、裁剪师和裁缝一起合作，监督其创建，包括试穿、细节处理和调整。
- 将一款风格的图样片段分级到不同尺寸。
- 对顾客的服装进行试穿和研究，确定所需的改动。
- 负责服装改动，例如收紧裤腿、缩窄翻领以及添加或删除填充物。
- 在将图样片段交给裁剪师或外包生产团队之前，检查和纠正生产单上列出的一款风格的图样片段。
- 使用麻布裁剪和缝制样品服装。
- 记录每位顾客的身体测量细节，例如胸围、腰围、臀围等。
- 将定制订单中未使用的额外布料整理放置在盒子中。
- 将图样片段按款式和季节/系列整理放置在带标签的盒子和橱柜中。
裁缝**：**
- 使用针线或缝纫机缝制服装。
- 将服装部件组装起来，并使用针线或缝纫机用装钉线进行接缝。
- 使用拆线器和剪刀从待改动的服装上拆除线缝。
- 检查服装标签，确定需要进行的改动。
- 根据顾客和服装制造商的规格和尺寸，调整、修理和定制服装，并应用服装设计、构造和造型原则。
- 使用蒸汽熨斗或熨烫机整烫服装。
- 在进行改动时保持服装的摆动和比例。
- 使用装钉线将两种或两种以上相同图样片段的织物或与其他材料进行接缝。
- 记录完成每件服装所需的时间。
**要求：**
