**Organisational Development Consultant**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize a range of methodologies, including psychological assessments, to conduct comprehensive organizational diagnostics.
- Craft and implement tailor-made development programs targeting leadership enhancement, team cohesion, change management, and employee engagement.
- Leverage industrial psychology principles to optimize workplace dynamics, boost employee satisfaction, and elevate overall organizational efficiency.
- Lead workshops and training sessions aimed at fostering organizational learning and development.
- Offer expert guidance to leaders on adopting best practices in human resource management and organizational development.
- Collaborate with HR and management to align development strategies with overarching HR initiatives, such as talent and performance management.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of development interventions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee well-being.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends in organizational development and industrial psychology to provide innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Proven ability to facilitate engaging sessions and influence a diverse audience.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, adept at fostering relationships across organizational hierarchies.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Familiarity with contemporary HR practices, organizational psychology, and related disciplines.
- Certification in relevant psychometric assessments is advantageous.

**Salary**: RM4,600.00 - RM5,400.00 per month
