Listening to customer requirment and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers.
- Acting as a contact between a company and it's existing and potential markets.
- Gathering market and customers information.
- Negotiating on price, cost, delivery and specification with buyers and managers.
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- To organize and support the sales and marketing events eg: exhibition, fair, road show etc.
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ requirements.
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- To implement the ISO 9001 quality management system and other management systems for its department.
- Any other task assigned by the superior.

**Competency**:

- SPM or diploma in sales & marketing or business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing of sofa (furniture).
- Presentable image, must possess initiative, commitment and drive.
- Sales oriented, driven and independent; possess excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to travel as and when required in nationwide

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
