Manage the Customer Service Counter and exhibit excellent customer service skills in the course of duty.
- Maintain the necessary standards in the discharge of duties and perform telephone and face-to-face service skills courteously and effectively.
- Provide timely and accurate clarification and advice to enquiries from the public. For enquiries that are more complex, refer to the superiors or direct members of public to the relevant departments or officer in charge for further assistance.
- Handle customers’ feedback or complaints. Manage the complaints and follow up with the necessary settlements. For serious cases, refer to the superior for further actions.
- Perform paging and in-house announcement based on the standard guidelines and paging scripts.
- Professionally and courteously receive all in-coming telephone calls. Assist in making out-going calls especially in contacting participants, winners, etc. for Marcom events or activities.
- Handle and administer lost and found items in accordance with the SOPs. Ensure that proper recording is made before handing over the items to the Security Department for safekeeping.
- Responsible for the First Aid Kit stock replenishments. Administer first aid or medical assistance to shoppers as and when necessary. For serious cases, notify immediate superiors for further directives. Contact the ambulance should the need arise.
- Provide support and assistance in various Marcom events which include handling of redemptions, distributing of brochures, content forms, free gifts, registrations, etc. Assist in explaining to shoppers if there are doubts about promotions or programs.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
