**行政的:**
- 協助日常管理任務,例如歸檔、資料輸入和文件準備。
- 協調團隊成員的會議、約會和旅行安排。
- 視需要管理辦公用品庫存和訂購。
- 視需要提供團隊一般行政支援。
- 支援專案管理活動並追蹤專案進度。

**金融:**
- 協助財務記錄保存和文件編制。
- 支援財務團隊準備財務報告、發票和費用報告。
- 與團隊成員合作,確保遵守財務政策和程序。

**人力資源:**
- 協助招募流程,包括職缺、履歷篩選和安排面試。
- 支持新進員工的入職活動,包括文書工作和入職培訓。
- 協助維護員工記錄和資料庫。
- 支援人力資源計劃,例如員工敬業度活動和績效管理流程。

**要求:**
- 必須能夠承諾至少 3 至 6 個月。優選最後學期的學生。
- 目前正在攻讀工商管理、金融、人力資源或相關領域的學士學位課程。
- 實習信、最新成績單、大學官方信函、履歷和求職信。
- SPM成績單、課外證書等
- 良好的英語口說和書寫能力、馬來語和華語。
- 熟練使用 Microsoft Office 應用程序,尤其是 Microsoft Excel。
- 能夠保守機密並謹慎處理敏感資訊。
