**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of B2B sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand our customer base within the B2B sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive sales pipeline growth.
- Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management, sales forecasting, and analysis of sales metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends, keeping abreast of competitive landscape and industry developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Developing strategies for partnership growth and integration
- Identifying and negotiating deals with new partners
- Overseeing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales management, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in the health care is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong listening and presentation skills
