Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with B2B clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders at client organizations
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with the internal team to identify the best tech talent match for each client
  • Communicate the value of our services to clients, including cost and time savings, to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide ongoing support and followup to ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat = business
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, new technologies and competitors to remain competitive and provide strategic insight to the company

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech talent services
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance and exceeding targets
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical information to clients
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
RM4, RM12,500.00 per month
