We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior B2B Sales Representative to join our client's team.

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and effectively selling products and services to other businesses.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our products or services. Effectively communicate the features, functionalities, and unique selling propositions to address client needs and pain points.
  • Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong relationships with prospects and clients to foster trust and loyalty. Actively engage with key decisionmakers and influencers within target organizations to understand their business objectives and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Collaborate with prospects to understand their budget, timelines, and expectations. Develop and present competitive proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas. Continuously monitor progress towards targets and implement strategies to overcome obstacles and ensure sales goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions. Provide valuable feedback from the market to improve product offerings and address customer needs effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through selflearning, training sessions, and workshops.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Able to speak Mandarin
  • Willingness to travel if required.
