Role Overview:
We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals for the role of B2B Sales Advisor (Inside Sales Consultant). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business-to-business (B2B) sales, primarily focusing on French-speaking markets. If you are passionate about sales, fluent in both French and English, and have a proven track record in inside sales, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential B2B clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Market Focus:
- Target and engage with businesses in French-speaking markets.
- Understand market trends and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Targets:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Continuously work towards improving sales performance.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B inside sales.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with sales CRM software is a plus.
