**Working location**: Bandar Bukit Tinggi, 41200 Klang.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Handle payroll and foreign worker related matters.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Handle payroll and relevant HR issues for the group of companies and intercompanies.
- Lead and conduct ISO 22000:2018 (Food Safety Management System), ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management System)

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- 5 years experience in strategic planning, talent retention, training & development, talent acquisition, payroll, and handling foreign workers.
- Familiar with Employment Act 1955.
- **Able to work on alternate Saturdays for half day.**:

- This position is also open to Assistant Managers with leadership skills.

**Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandar Bukit Tinggi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
