**Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager**
**Job Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, manage, monitor, document and deliver software projects professionally
- Tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that the projects are delivered within schedule and expectations
- Provide status updates to management and identify and resolve issues that may arise and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals
- Manage and address project conflicts, issues, risks and expectations and ensure they are escalated or addressed in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship at all levels, both internally and with customers
**Requirements**:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a must
- Banking and monetary processes experience would be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in any computer related studies or related field is preferred
- Proven track record of successful completion of projects
- Great interpersonal skill, self-motivated and customer-focused with an outgoing personality and analytical mind
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to travel to client sites
