This role will be responsible to provide administration assistance to Architectural, C&S, M&E and Landscape managers and teams.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Administration or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
3. Possess a good interpersonal skills.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
1. To maintain project files, documents, and records.
2. To prepare and distribute project-related reports and documents.
3. To prepare certificates for issuance.
4. To prepare and format project documents, including proposals, presentations, and contracts.
5. To maintain project calendars and timelines.
6. To keep project documentation organized and easily accessible.
7. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
