- Adhere to the established writing procedures, ensuring that drafts, proofreading, and distribution of documents are free from major errors.
- Organize meetings with clear agendas, take detailed minutes, and prepare timely and accurate meeting summaries, resolutions and decisions.
- Responsible for collecting, organizing and archiving documents and files in the corporate office, as well as establishing filing directories.
- Coordinate company’s daily back-end tasks, including conference arrangements, reception tasks, office supplies, etc, to provide support to various departments.
