_**About the job**_
- Develop and maintain work schedules, oversee material procurement, and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Coordinate with internal departments including administration and sales designers, customers, and contractors to ensure project schedules are adhered to.
- Arrange manpower resources for projects and identify outsourcing options when necessary.
- Provide comprehensive briefings to tiling teams and monitor their attendance and work ethic.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Resolve contractual issues such as Variation Orders and Claims for Loss and Expense.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and address technical challenges.
- Ensure the workmanship quality of tiling team is consistently high throughout the duration of each project, maintaining a keen eye for detail and adherence to established standards
- Facilitate proper handover procedures to clients upon project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of material and tool usage throughout projects.
- Responsible in monitoring and managing the overall administration of the various contracts and sub-contract works assigned to including preparation of progress reports, recommendation of payments, variation order certificates and final accounts documentation
- **Requirements**_
- Possess at least Diploma in Building/Construction Management/Civil Engineering/Interior Architecture or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Pre & Post contract administration, preferably with a main contractor or in interior design.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin preferred to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking tiling team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM6,500.00 per month
