Indoor Sales Representative

Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect leads and qualified opportunities with potential clients
- Providing support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, and product information
- Research existing accounts by identifying key players and opportunities and generate interest
- Assess customer’s requirements, identify business problems and propose suitable products & solutions
- Update prospects and clients’ interactions and other sales activities into the CRM system
- Developing a solid working knowledge of IXI products and the benefits they provide to potential clients
- Coordinate sales purchase and order delivery by dealing with product distributor
- To build rapport with vendors to ensure competitive pricing
- Any ad-hoc tasks that is sales related as and when assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
- Ability to influence by communicating ideas and technical concepts effectively
- Ability to adapt, work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport
- Required skills: calling skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, information
- gathering skills, prospecting skills, problem-solving skills
- Sales software proficiency
- Good command of Microsoft Office is essential and experience with CRM is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
