The Corporate Sales Executive (Indoor & Outdoor) will be responsible for managing corporate sales activities both inside the office and in the field. This role requires a balance between handling client accounts, coordinating sales efforts internally, and engaging with clients directly through outdoor meetings, presentations, and events. The individual must build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Indoor Sales Responsibilities:
Client Management & Communication:

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations for potential clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases, including CRM systems, to track sales activities and interactions.
- Follow up on leads generated through online channels, inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle administrative tasks related to corporate sales, such as preparing contracts, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

- Track sales performance against set targets and provide regular updates to the Sales Director.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies based on data insights and performance metrics.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the marketing, finance, and product development teams to ensure smooth coordination of corporate sales activities.
- Assist in organizing internal sales meetings, preparing presentations, and sharing customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Support the outdoor sales team by providing them with relevant sales materials, leads, and insights.
Lead Generation & Follow-up:

- Conduct research to identify potential corporate clients and new business opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up routine to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Outdoor Sales Responsibilities:
Field Sales & Client Engagement:

- Meet with corporate clients in-person to present and promote company products or services.
- Conduct outdoor sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business negotiations with corporate clients.
- Travel to client offices, attend trade shows, and participate in corporate networking events to build business relationships.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific business requirements.

Account Management & Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Address any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive client relations.
