Corporate Sales Executive

Boxgreen is looking for a Corporate Sales Executive/Administrator who is highly driven and ready to join a fast-paced start-up environment to support our business structure as we grow
As a Corporate Sales Executive/Administrator, you'll be in charge of managing existing B2B accounts, maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying and driving business opportunities, and handling day-to-day transactions. If you are highly motivated and love interacting with people, we'd love to meet you
Job Scope:
- Drive corporate sales by presenting Boxgreen's products and services (Corporate Gifts, Office Pantry, Vending Machines, Hotel Amenities) to new and existing clients.
- Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and manage client accounts across multiple industries.
- Coordinate corporate orders and assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and sampling activities.
- Handle client communications, including outreach emails, proposals, and recap presentations.
- Track sales performance and consistently meet/exceed targets.
- Oversee client receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure seamless client experience.
- Manage administrative tasks, including managing sales reports, contract drafting, invoice generation, and POs.
- Follow up with relevant teams to resolve issues and provide status updates.
- Support ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in servicing of B2B clients or Corporate Account Management preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A creative problem-solver who can think on their feet and make decisions quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
- Empathetic towards customers and our fulfilment teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess good insight and business acumen.
- People-oriented and able to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus.
