**We are hiring**

**SERVICE ADVISOR (Motorcycle / Automotive)**

**(base in Klang Bestari/Bukit Tinggi,Klang.)**
- Customer service: Greet customer and attend customer motorcycle problem
- Explain what services do shop offer
- Consult: Check and suggest to customer any repairs or maintenance needed
- Schedule appointment with customer through WhatsApp or call
- Inform cost: Estimate the cost of repairing and inform customer.
- Part ordering: Prepare order for parts needed for repairing.
- Update customer: Keep update customer progress of the motorcycle if still under repairing, and update if any extra cost repair needed.
- Offering extra services: Suggest for any additional services that could benefit the motorcycle.
- Dealing with warranty: Assist customer in warranty claims and make sure the motorcycle is still under warranty or vice versa.
- Checking quality: To make sure customer motorcycle is done and inform customer for any return.
- Keeping up records: Keep track and monitor all services which is completed liaise with workshop and make sure it is organized
- Sell Item in Online Plateform, Like Shopee, Facebook Marketplace, FB Group.

**Requirement**:
Min SPM/Diploma equivalent.

Able to communicate and attract customer

Positive attitude and willing to learn

Experienced in motorcycle parts is an advantage

Able to work in KAPAR.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
