  • Act as HR Advisor and a bridge between HQ and local team e.g., recruitment, employee engagement and training, culture development etc.
  • Partner with business managers to maximize staffing and workforce planning for cost management.
  • Support change initiatives and facilitate communication between management and employees.
  • Conduct talent conversations, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Assist in organizational reviews and shaping departmental structures.
  • Provide integrated people management services, including advice, performance management, rewards decisions, and disciplinary matters.
  • Coordinate annual performance appraisal and prepare summary report.
  • Design and organize staff engagement activities to promote staff wellness and enhance staff communication.

Requirement

  • 8 years of HR managerial experience, with experience in manufacturing industry & international exposure is highly preferred.
  • Proactive character, attentive to details with good communication and computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize and change management.
  • Work independently, dynamic, and flexible, with ability to drive change in people topics.
  • Highly adaptable with a strong problemsolving attitude.
  • Excellent language fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
  • Convinced with strong and clear communications skills

Job Types:

RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
