- Data entry work to generate monthly report
- Documents filling & submissions.
- Book-keeping, planning and scheduling, documentation.
- Assisting in various daily operations such as order office supplies, etc.
- Assist in coordinate office procedures.
- Assist in scheduling official meetings with third parties
- To handle other related tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a recognized diploma or degree in Management /Secretarial / Administration courses or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills, ability to multi-task
- Have a good adaptability & a team player
- Working location - Sendayan Techvalley, Bandar Sri Sendayan

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
