**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from our software development services.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our solutions.
- **Proposal Development**: Collaborate with the development team to create tailored proposals and quotations that meet client needs.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Market Feedback**: Gather and share market and client feedback to help improve our services and offerings.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Experience in growing marketing on social media and reaching out to potential clients is a bonus.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in English.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and present solutions that meet those needs.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Experience in the tech or software development industry is a plus.
- Experience in social media marketing and client outreach is highly advantageous.
**Compensation**:
- **Commission-Only**: This role is strictly commission-based, offering competitive commission rates on closed deals. Our commission rates range from 10% to 20% based on the value and complexity of the project.
- **Earnings Potential**: Depending on the size of the projects, Sales Agents can potentially earn from $2,000 to $10,000 or more per successful deal. For example, closing a $50,000 project at a 15% commission rate would yield $7,500 in earnings.
- **Hourly Wages**: After closing their first deal, Sales Agents will receive an hourly wage starting at RM7.21, with the potential for salary increases and bonuses based on performance.
- **Flexibility**: As a freelance role, this position offers flexibility in terms of working hours and location.
