**Job description**:
- Manage the recruitment process for foreign employees.
- Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
- Ensure the company's compliance with relevant regulations and policies, including hiring provisions for foreign employees.
- Draft, review, and manage employment contracts for foreign employees.
- Ensure contracts comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Manage compensation and benefits affairs for foreign employees, including salary payments, social insurance, and other related benefits.
- Ensure the compensation system complies with local regulations and market standards.
- Assist foreign employees in adapting to local culture and work environment.
- Manage visa and work permit affairs for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Handle renewal and update procedures.
- Address employee relations issues for foreign staff, coordinating resolution of work disputes and problems.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and legal changes, ensuring the company's HR policies comply with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the departure process for foreign employees, including work handover.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring timely data updates.
- Provide relevant reports concerning foreign employees.
**Requirement**:
- At least 2 years’ relevant experiences.
- Experience in handle Foreign worker related matters.
- Min Certificate / Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Ability to converse and communicate in English both written and spoken.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point skill.
- Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
