Customer Service Officer (Call Centre)

We are seeking Customer Service Officers to join our Call Centre in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

You will play an important role such as you:

- Handle full spectrum of inbound and outbound calls for Emergency Roadside Assistance & Emergency Home Assistance to support Malaysia nationwide.
- Handle inbound calls for Travel Claims enquiries.
- Handle inbound calls from Singapore & Hong Kong for Mobile Claims
- Manage customers inquiries and feedbacks regarding the provided services.
- Assist and provide motor insurance claim enquiry in accordance with the given guidelines.
- Completing all call logs and updating in the operating system.
- Able to commit to rotational shift schedule.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager from time to time.

To succeed in this role, we need you to have:

- Good proficiency of computer skills such as Microsoft Office etc.
- Time Management
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to assist Chinese speaking customers. Other speaking dialects will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Able to work on rotating shift.
