Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
1. Lead the Card Sales Team.

3. Develop, execute & monitor team's plans to achieve sales volume & collection target.

4. Identify issues to reduce past dues & doubtful debts.

5. Build & maintain good relationships with the Team, existing customers via regular visit to discuss business needs to meet both expectations

6. Develop, execute & monitor business plan objectives and the team's capability and performance.

7. Monitor & analyze customer performance & provide solutions to meet sales & collection target

8. Perform regular market trading analysis, react immediately to the changes of market needs.

9. Collaborate with other business units to ensure seamless service.

11. Review customers overall profitability reports.

12. Understand key performance measures & take corrective actions to increase profitability.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Sales.- At least 8 years commercial experience in petroleum or related petroleum industry, preferable with experience in selling Fuel or related products.- Demonstrate high level of business acumen.- Strong negotiation, teamwork, customer relationship and people development skills- Results and performance driven.- Possess strong leadership skill in leading team members.

Relocation Options:
Relocation will be considered within Chevron parameters.

International Considerations:
Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
