Online Sales Admin

Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management including stand in in other branch, as and when deemed necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role will be an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
