- Support payroll tasks for Europe countries.
- Ensuring that payroll activities, results and processes are compliant with company policies and statutory requirement.
- Responsible for payroll processes and ensure the accuracy and timeliness.
- Process Payroll Reconciliation to identify discrepancies.
- Participate in retrospective review meetings with payroll vendor.
- Perform post payroll reporting and support clarifications from teams
- Exploring opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
- Temporary assignments or projects as the lead or team member.
- Resolve employees' enquiries about their pay slips, contracts, absence management etc.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Degree in Human Resources)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Payroll operations knowledge or practical experience in HR/Payroll; regional HR/payroll experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English).
- A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
- Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Good spreadsheet skills especially in Excel.
