- Support payroll tasks for EMEA countries.
- Ensuring that payroll activities, results and processes are compliant with company policies and statutory requirement.
- Responsible for end-to-end processing of monthly payroll to ensure payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Review, reconcile and analyse payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in retrospective review meetings with payroll vendor.
- Handle and resolve enquiries about pay and statutory related matter.
- Collaborate cross-functionality to achieve high quality outcomes and deliverables.
- Temporary assignments or projects as the lead or team member.
