Lark APAC Business Development Representative Team
Are you ready to be a driving force behind Lark APAC's success story? Our incredible Business Development Representative (BDR) team is at the heart of our triumphs, playing a pivotal role in fueling our growth engine, responsible for delivering pipeline at scale through inbound and outbound efforts and working with our marketing team to unearth market insights and trends.

This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and will report into the regional lead based in Singapore.

**About the role**:
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our growth journey, helping us find the perfect fit for our services and products in the market. It's not just about sales; it's about creating valuable connections and using data-driven insights to guide our path to success.

You'll be our brand ambassador, sharing Lark's unique value proposition with the world. Your goal is to secure follow-up meetings with key decision-makers, where you'll have the opportunity to discuss our products in depth with a dedicated sales account executive.

**Minimum Qualifications/Key Traits**:

- You have previous related Business Development & Demand Generation experience of at least 3 years with a focus on outbound strategies in SaaS, Cloud or IT Security enterprise software.
- You are bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, which are required to liaise with external customers within the region.
- You possess a creative mindset. You have a keen eye for thinking outside the box to develop innovative sales prospecting and marketing ideas and campaigns.
- You're customer-centric. You are passionate about our customers and will work relentlessly to prioritise their needs in every decision you make.
- You are an analytical thinker and comfortable with talking numbers. You will analyse data to identify trends and communicate appropriately to sales management. You will also provide recommendations and best practices for emerging online marketing opportunities and tactics that assist in achieving Lark's business goals. You should be comfortable with numbers and be able to evaluate and report on the ROI of all initiatives.

**Preferred Qualifications/Bonus Points**:

- You have prior startup experience, showcasing your adaptability and an entrepreneurial mindset. You're down-to-earth and willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to tackle tasks, no matter how big or small.
- You have knowledge of using SFDC, HubSpot, Outreach, and other similar tools.
- You're passionate and possess strong curiosity. You enjoy learning; staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and bringing innovative ideas to the business.
