**Administrative Assistant**

**Job Summary - (Scope 1) Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the ** organization. To assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and support other staff members and executives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Manage and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and data analysis.
- Perform basic HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records and handling paperwork.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR and payroll, as needed.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel Sheet, Power Point, Outlook) and other relevant software.

**Inventory & Procurement Admin**

**Job Summary - (Scope 2)** Primary responsibility is to manage and oversee the process for the organization. Your role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure the timely and cost
- effective acquisition of goods and services required for smooth operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the inventory control process to ensure accuracy, efficiency and proper stock level.
- Monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Managing the ordering process of new inventory, liaising with suppliers and negotiating procurement terms.
- Implementing and maintaining inventory management systems to track and manage stock movements.
- Implementing strategies to reduce waste and improve inventory cost control.
- Handling returns, damaged goods and coordinating with vendors on inventory-related matters.

**Key Skills and qualifications**
- Proficient in using office software and inventory management systems.
- Analytical skills to interpret inventory data and make informed decisions
- Previous experience in administrative and inventory roles is advantageous.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
