Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible to ensure the efficiency, timeliness and integrity of the agency movement, Appointment to Higher Rank and Maintenance of Contract (MOC) for its agency channel and ensure compliance to the regulatory and Company’s policies and guidelines.
- Ensure the smooth operations for Appointment to Higher Rank, including accurate & timely progressive & final report, issuance of appointment letter and appeal management.
- Ensure the smooth operations for leader and agent MOC, including accurate & timely progressive & final report, issuance of letter (Termination, Reminder, Warning, Show Clause & Demotion) and appeal management.
- Ensure the smooth operations for agency movement (eg: Step Down, Retired, Deceased and FAR) and follow up follow through (FUFT) of the documents for commission payment and proper recording of Nomination of Successor in system.
- Support IT & agency system in preparing & reviewing business requirement (BRD), test plan as well as performing user acceptance test (UAT) & etc on Agency Movement.

Job specification
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the Life Insurance Industry
- Must be meticulous and with the ability to work under pressure.
- A self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
