Admin Executive

**Brief Description**
The position of **Admin Executive - Front Desk cum Marketing** consists of undertaking all receptionist and clerical duties at the school’s main entrance desk, as well as undertake marketing projects for the benefit of the company.
**Tasks**:
**Front desk**
- Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, envelopes etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints by forwarding them to the appropriate department
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files for student attendance, claims etc
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Take up other duties as assigned (photocopying, travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
- Managing and verify registers
**Marketing**
- Conceive and develop effici
ent and intuitive marketing strategies
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Degree/Diploma with relevant work experience
- Proficient in English, BM and Mandarin. Knowing other languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. photocopier, printer etc.)
- Strong communication, customer service and negotiation skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
