**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader - Finance to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE), in Penang, Malaysia.

As a Team Leader Finance, you will:

- Delivering a professional and consistent service to stakeholders in resolving inquiries related to AP Invoicing function and enhance the effectiveness of the team.
- Assist to establish all relevant AP policies, procedures, and control. Consistently meets customer service standards.
- Prepare daily KPI report and monitor backlog of team members and to prepare monthly headcount report and involve in onboarding.
- Supervise and develop team through learning & development, coaching, feedback & reviews.
- Ensure all the process in line with Standard Operating Procedure and train new staff of daily operation requirements for 1 month.

**Qualifications**:

- Experienced in Account Payable is MUST however experience in AR would be an advantage.
- Ability to lead Finance Team of 10 people.
- Good experienced in Shared Services and Freight Forwarding industry would be an advantage.
- Supervise and develop team through learning & development, coaching, feedback & review.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
